agreed, cosmodrome is the best map in the franchise, it has the best lore, It seems futuristic, but feels like it could actually exist. d2 should have kept this map (along with the other ones in some way) to give d2 more of the magic d1 had. If I were to play more of d2 this would be the deciding factor.

2 RepliesYes. I want new content as well, but I want all the old stuff as well. It's the same world, I have my own freaking G5 personal jet with a hyper-warp-still shoots flame in outer space drive. Have a secondary studio re-code the maps, strikes and raids while the Bungo office focuses on expanding the D2 content. It should be one, ever expanding world.

2 RepliesI've been trying to get traction on posts regarding D1 content. Look, all D1 content should still be in this game. D2 could have launched with a great storyline of how those original places have changed or even would have been off limits because of D2's story. This game could be the greatest game ever. Imagine these locations adapting to the current story and hint at future content. Having Collections literally almost solves the vault issue. That is really making meaningful choices bc you have to decide which items to replicate and use. Data would be off the charts of guardians figuring out which weaps and armor work best in a 1000 different combinations. Now that's becoming legend! Old strikes, raids, and night falls could be adjusted as well. Even if they were slow rolled back into D2 bc of developmental issues and time it would take. There is a 100 more things I could bring up like economy, imagine ammo synths?!?!? I mean I'd be on this game every day for a lot longer if D1 was blended into D2 like I believe it should have been from day 1.

1 ReplyJust the thought of loading into a strike and not knowing if your going to fight Valu Tu'Arc, or the Priest, etc plus any new strike, would be awesome. Who wouldn't love over a dozen strike options?

2 RepliesI'd actually like to know the reasoning behind taking planets like Venus out, why we just can't enter the coordinates into our ships Nav and fly there. What's the Law behind why we can't go there anymore and why that planet isn't even mentioned anymore, was it destroyed ?.

Agreed. The whole patrol areas from D1 should return, and should have never been removed from the game. They could do so much with it, like make missions in taking back those zones. Its dumb to just give up on them because scared little titan vuvuvala wants to cower on his wall and tell us no.

Instead of same old planets over and over with the same enemies that we have fought for years now. Not "Taken" which are just a mix of all enemies with new abilities and "Scorn" which are just the Fallen but a bit more annoying. When D3 trailer drops and I see any of the current enemy groups, i ain't buying it. End of story. Not a rant, just my opinion.
