I am STILL HUGELY into Halo Custom Edition modding, and halo 1 PC was one of the best games EVER made. I have 8 licenses now. Halo Reach in my opininion was the BEST of teh Halos because of its Features(eg, Customise armour, emblems, lots of weapons, jetpacks, online play, everything was great) I WILL NOT buy an Xbox 360 because in 5 years there will be an Xbox 720. simple as that. or in 5 years I could have saved a FORTUNE by simply upgrading my PC with new hardware. PC gaming IS the future and is A LOT cheaper. it does not matter who said what, pull your heads out of each others asses and SIGN THE PETITION! halo 2 sucked bc- bc wat? It does NOT MATTER why it sucked- it just sucked. however Halo 1 was effing amazing in all regards. Halo 1 and Halo Reach in my honest opinion where the BEST out of all of them. who gives a rats ass if its for Windows LIVE or for Steam, as long as its out there! stop with all the nitpicking! sooo indecisive! we can ALL agree that if ANYONE tryes hard it WILL be a great game! especialy when the one trying is Microsoft and Bungie, bc they are HUGE developers. when two HUGE companies like that put their minds on something ppl get out of the way and let them work. it CAN and WILL be amazing, JUST DO IT! Consoles are often too weak for things PCs can do. PCs are easily capable of Matchmaking, it's just that we have dedicated servers and server lists. PC gamers don't ask for Matchmaking most of the time. I believe Counter-Strike: Global Offensive PC is going to have Matchmaking, but I know I'm not going to be using it instead of server lists. Matchmaking is an attempt to make P2P suck less, nothing more. It's an attempt to make P2P a viable platform against dedicated servers, and it fails miserably. Nothing beats a dedi for FPS gaming. If you don't know this yet, you haven't done enough PC gaming. Protip for your "y do i lag in pc games hurr durr" problem: Sort your server lists by ping and choose something below 50.
