Your game is a massive failure.
Fail after fail. We will never have a glorious game like Destiny 1 was. This disappointment of a game is done for. The iron banner in 2 weeks will yet again bring more anger because there will be something wrong at reset on the 30th. Maybe bungle should just scrap Destiny and do something else idk. This surely is not working

1 ReplyYou bet if bungie fixes all issues people will comes back regardless. Look at the division 2 years continuous hate. People said division will get back up and look 1.8 finally brought the game to a much better place and people are playing it.

Suck it up Bungie. You failed to back up your statements about this game before it was released. In fact you lied about your game and thought using Miro was going to save this game and most gamers were just going to shut up about all of it. Wrong!

18 RepliesThe average age for male gamers is 35. Most of us have been gaming as long as some developers have been making games. Granted some people here have the maturity level of a fetus but we know what fun is. We know what makes games fun. Systems to limit players in anyway isn’t fun. And most the systems in D2 limit the player from having fun at their own pace. Capping timed events is asinine. I believe developers and publishers are in for a rude awakening in 2018, Bungie included.

I am car salesman and when we get customers in to see the brand new 2018 model they ask "what's new what's different?" Now imagine if my customer bought a 2015 model then came back and wanted the 2018 model. First off car customers are smarter than gamers because they wouldn't buy an inferior product but let's say car customers were as dumb as you fan boys (I'm in that group I bought this horrible game) and just bought the car without looking into it and the car is actually worse than the 2015 model. And then me as a salesman say "don't worry in 3 years you can get the model that's the same as the 2015 model." Wouldn't that car dealership go out of business because thay is the stupidest way to sell a product and would you defend tjay car company to your dying breath?

12 RepliesSoftware development is different to most other industries. In software, large replacement projects always have issues at launch that means things are initially WORSE than the old system, which had years of fixes and enhancements and daily use by millions to flush out all issues A new game does not have years of improvements at launch, BUT once the critical issues are fixed, it goes on to be an improvement on the old one. Bungie decided to make a new start to bring PC players in, and move to a new version of the engine and API, to get away from legacy development issues that hampered D1 They have made mistakes and rushed to launch but they are focused on improving it. It is already visually superior to D1, maybe they can fix the end-game issues and make it a genuine improvement, maybe not...

This one got away from them and there’s no coming back without having to work hard to develop quality content that we saw in the later stages of D1. Their refusal to address the hated static rolls on weapons/armor is a pretty clear indicator that they’re just not willing to put in the work required to turn Destiny 2 into a Destiny game. Destiny 2 is an abortion and the Bungie crew is in the process of tossing it into the can.
