Warlock Stormcaller Fast cooldown?
Hey guys, I've heard about the stormcaller with crown of tempest has very fast grenade and melee cooldowns (PVE).
Someone here who plays this build and can tell me what equip, skilltree and mods i have to use.
And how I should play this build for the fast cooldowns. I tried but I think thats not the best way I do.

The issue with Crown of Tempests is the perk doesnt auto-refresh once it hits a 3 stack. basically you need to hit a 3-stack with your abilities, then wait for the stack to disappear before using your abilities again. It may sound cumbersome, but it will make you use your abilities more strategically which is kinda fun.
