WEEP LOST SECTOR CHEESE
If you have heard of it, do it. MONOTONOUS but completely worth your time.
I spent a couple of hours doing the Strikes and the Nightfall and Public Events, earned maybe 5 or 6 Monarchy engrams, ALL DUPES.
Half an hour doing this exploit and I got over 200 tokens, and thankfully now have full armour and weapons for NM.
Sure you might still not get everything but at least you won’t have wasted as much time, I was pretty lucky.
I’m an honest player, I don’t enjoy shooting at a -blam!-ing cave, but when the loot system is this damn broken and static rolls make duplicates completely useless because they also drop at a useless power level that nulls the infuse feature, I AM NOT going to waste my time playing it the way Bungoo ask.
As far as I understand, all these armour pieces and weapons will disappear with Season 2/Osiris. There are still 3 Banner items I’m missing, what happens when I grind my ass of next IB for 30-40 engrams and don’t get the 3 things I’m missing? Am I left with a half finished loot set?

Last faction rally I didn't know about these methods and didn't even make 15 ranks with dead orbit on one character before the rally was over, and that's before they even nerfed token drop rates. I don't have 10 hours a day to put into a game like you tryhards. Edit: btw I turned in 600 tokens each for new monarchy and dead orbit last night- 30 engrams from both. I still don't have either armor set completed

I don't blame players for doing the exploite. This new system isn't rewarding whatsoever. Don't spam the tokens at the vender tho. Open 3-4 engrams, log completely out, log in, open three. You'll get everything doing this.

The problem is you don’t have enough inventory space to keep all that hard earned gear.
