Please return blink to the hunter arc subclass!
Arcstrider is unanimously regarded as the WORST subclass for pvp.
It has less speed than the Titan fist of havoc, and absolutely no way to close the gap to an opponent - who literally only has to run away.

Maybe an exotic (could be for entire class, not just Arcstrider) where we blink instead of the roll for the dodge? Arcstrider could be godly.
