So why do all my teammates seem to abandon every confrontation running the opposite direction of red blips on the map all the time? It seems like everyone wants to be passive in D2.

I make my moves based on what the Radar tells me, I don't run in and then try to figure out the Radar, I figure out the Radar THEN run in

I wouldn't mind seeing the detection radius of the radar reduced by a bit. You can see a person coming towards you from quite a distance. Reducing the radius would allow more flanking, and would be more unforgiving to those who aim down lanes with MIDA without ever hardly moving. Let's face it, radar is a huge crutch in this game as it is right now. I can see more diverse gameplay stemming from such a change which is something the game needs currently.

I'm not great at pvp and probably the main reason for that is that I'm a moth to a flame... I'll go chasing the radar looking for people to kill; because that's the point, right?? So many times I've been cursing at the randoms on my team (don't mic up in that event, so I'm literally talking to no-one)... but I'm the one who's run off on my own! The other guys are doing nothing... aka grouping together for tactical advantage or some shite :) Anyway, I do what I do to enjoy the experience, get involved and screw what that does to my kdr!

Yea this game sucks

Because they made the radar the most valuable thing in PvP. Examples: "Look they're over here" ( everyone run in this direction and team shoot). Or people see the radar light up and think there's a mob coming from that direction to kill them. Run away. Whenever you see an enemy has picked up heavy or cast a super, it's run away from the red mark till it runs out. When I play with friends I tend to let the 3 of them go one direction and I'll probe another side just to give the enemy a "look". If they believe im the whole team coming from my side, then I did my job. I can double back while they flank or push from the other side. Like I said, I feel the radar has become the most useful thing in PvP. Turn it off for everyone on 4v4 and see how much slower and boring it gets.

I typically use the radar to Hunt the enemy not run away from them.

Because you have to assume everyone is playing for Call To Arms. You have to kill to get your rewards, not win. Just another stupid ass thing Bungie put into this atrocious PvP. It was like that Iron Banner challenge that required 5 caps in a match. Naturally everyone that day was trying to cap 3rd point in matches they would have otherwise won had they just played objective. That, and a lot of players still haven't grasped many things about this game. I still see multiple people trying to cap points, 1v2, etc., among other things. If you want good PvP, I urge you to look elsewhere.

I killed three people by myself in Destiny 2 using Uriel’s Gift. My health wasn’t even half way fix Urials Gift

Imbalance in play style. Been warning people about it for way too long now.
