Calus glitching out after shield drop before DPS phase causing wipe
Recently I did a raid with some friends and came across a random fault. We started the raid at 5.30pm NZT on October 13th. This is the first time i had seen this fault as I had not seen it occur in the previous 25 Leviathan raid completions.
The fault occurs only on the Calus mechanic. I ran both throne and non throne to see if this team were doing anything different to the other groups I've run with and unfortunately could not see any differences. The attached link is a clip of a few occasions where this has happened and I was wondering if anyone else had similar experiences.
The actual video was downloaded from my twitch channel, clipped and uploaded to youtube. There is a lag because I streamed for 5 plus hours and it appears that the downloaded audio and video are out of sync however when I view the past broadcast of this stream the audio/video is in sync.
We've treated the Calus encounter the same every time and to confirm it has worked where it doesn't wipe us.

We had the same issue three times in a row tonight. We did not change anything compared to the other encounters we had with Calus. We decided to give him some respite :)

1 ReplyMy group is having the same problem tonight. It's done it to us 4 times now and it's always on our third dps attempt. Extremely infuriating. Our rift guys are leaving as soon as shield is down and we are not jumping on platform until it's lit up.

This *just* happened to our raid group 10/15 11:40PM CST. Room had been glitchy all night - projections detonating early, etc. Got through one phase of DPS, then we got the orbs to appear in the nether, ran out to the main room to start second phase DPS, and then it wiped us all out. Team gave up after that. This raid has been mega frustrating

1 ReplyYeah, happened to us three times at the beginning of the first DPS phase. Orbs would spawn in the shadow realm and the dogs would be released back in the throne room, but we'd still get a wipe screen after a few seconds.

My team is experiencing this same issue.. always during the third bar.

My friends and I r having the same issue when we r trying to end his life. Then we get kicked.

We had this happen as well. Shield was dropped properly and we all died.

My clan and I experienced the similar last night ! Three times in a row !

1 ReplyYour leaving it too long if your screen goes as white as that it's a wipe no idea if it's a glitch but maybe next time don't leave it so long fyi 2 rockets take his shield down and it's much faster
