Movement problem

Hi, I'm having a really strange problem that only happens to me in Destiny 2 (in other games it's fine). I'm on a PlayStation 4 Pro and with both Dualshock 4 (wireless and wired) and Razer Raiju the guardian always stop running or moves really slow, like there's an invisible wall that is not letting me pass. The problem is not related to my connection (tried with my mobile phone in roaming, too) or my pad. Do you have a fix for this?

Having the same exact issue here as well. Was looking at Razer's site as well, no one seems to want to acknowledge this one. It's everyone else's equipment is the run around you get.

        • Hi there, Are you still encountering this issue? Have you already attempted any troubleshooting steps? If you have not already, you may want to try clearing your console cache. Clearing the cache can help remove any bad data or corrupted files that have been stored in the console's temporary files that may be causing this issue. Here is a guide on how to clear the console cache: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539

I have the same problem in Destiny 2 on standard PS4 with both wireless and wired Dualshock 4. I can't walk or run properly because the character stops or moves very slow. Hope you'll find a solution!
