Raid leviathan hub
I've been having trouble getting in the raid, because I don't have the social confidence use my Mic or to hop into a forum or chat or whatever and just get a raid, I can follow orders and instructions just fine and I'm a quick learner on mechanics, but get some proper matchmaking in there.
My idea is that the front of the leviathan is a social area, like the tower where you can run around with other players and find a raid team,
yes they might be strangers,
yes they may be unreliable,
yes they may be inexperienced in the mechanics of the raid,
And finally yes they may not be as solid as your friends,
but if they never go, they'll never learn and they'll never become solid.
Make the front of the leviathan a social hub for players, and only allow a full 6 player fireteam in the gates to start the raid.

I'm sorry, but you really need to try and get over your fear of not using your Mic. This raid depends on communication, anf pretty much everyone's participation. If you get into a group that you don't like or feel comfortable in, just leave. If they message you and give you shit....mute em. Its honestly not that bad.
