Please create a legendary version of:
- Dreamer's Cloak
- Refugee Cloak
- Renegade Hood
That we can infuse and level up through the game; because NO CAPES!

2 RepliesI just made a post about something similar. Some of the blue items are fantastic! Weapons and armor both. We need a consumable transmog reward in the game so that we can upgrade this stuff the Legendary status.
