Ability to turn rares into legendary.
Title says it all.
Pay Shards or Bright dust to turn rares into legendary.

1 ReplyYou can affix legendary mods to a Rare weapon, if you need to (I did it with the Cup Bearer S/A since it had cluster bombs). But it would be kinda neat to be able to up-convert a weapon and get a random second perk on it.
