Topic lost? Where is my Sturm ornament?

I posted about loosing the sturm ornament weeks ago. I cannot find the topic anymore!? Its added to my collection under previewing Tess Eververse goods but not in my collection. Ive seen a few people online same problem however nobody posting a solution! Please help
