I am totally loving the new token system. I totally love how Bungie was so in touch they knew how I didn’t want the option to choose what armor I wanted, or what weapons I needed. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t feel the same thrill of receiving the same armor pieces or weapons over and over and over again every time I ranked up the faction, without the ability to actually choose the things I didn’t have yet. I remember when I first started playing Destiny 1 and thought to myself, “Boy, I really can’t stand how I actually can buy decent weapons and/or armor from vendors! I really wish all of it was based upon the RNG that left me totally satisfied when I kept getting the same helmet from the Vault of Glass in Vanilla Destiny.” And guess what?! Bungie found a way! They did it. I’m so thrilled that I no longer have to make the difficult decisions as to what I actually wanted! I’m so thrilled Dead Orbit gave me ten totally useful chest pieces all at a lower light level then what I have, instead of giving me the last two pieces to their armor set like the legs or mark! Who would ever want to collect those? Am I right guys hah. Thanks Bungie! Cause if there’s one thing I was really looking forward to in Destiny 2, it was having stats become static on everything, while losing the ability to grind towards that piece of armor or that weapon I totally didn’t want! You guys nailed it!
