Missing Silver, Ticket ETA

About 4 days ago I purchases two bundles of Silver on Destiny 2 and did not receive them. I put in a ticket to contact Bungie as I've already tried all of their noted fixes (empty cache, restart Destiny, restart Xbox One) and none of it worked. Was wondering if anyone had any other fixes as well as how long it usually takes for Bungie to investigate and fix the issue through ticket submission. Thanks in advance for any replies or help!

  • I’m at a almost a year now. You will never get help nor a response from Bungie about this aside for the generic “we got your missing silver form and are looking into the problems”. Get our refund via Microsoft and don’t bother trying again for silver. Bungie has no answers to why it randomly affects certain players and they ignore your questions hoping you go away.
