Don't get me wrong, Destiny 2 Crucible is fun... when you have a cooperative team of friends all collectively shooting at the same person you are. But I like to play PvP. I played D1 Crucible solo all the damn time. It was a blast. Why did I play solo? Because most of my friends hate PvP. In any game, not just Destiny mind you.
I can't take it anymore. I've tried. D2 Crucible is absolute ass. I like to play PvP casually. D2 Crucible is anything but. You could be a complete try hard PvPer and have the best possible set up in terms of gear and it won't mean a DAMN thing if the opposing team is communicating.
It may not be impossible to beat a clan with a team of randos, but most of the time it's gonna go south. And I've lost all patience.
It feels like every damn game is a match of trials.
I can understand the reasoning behind making a PvP balanced around teamwork (cough team shooting cough), but you've basically just shat on any D1 casual solo Crucible players, like myself.
I just want it to be like it was before. I miss 6v6. I miss the ttk. I miss being able to choose what -blam!-ing mode I wanted to play.
Back to Infinite Warfare... a fun, casual PvP game... I can't believe I'm saying that.

Yeah destiny 2 crucible is horrid.

Yea, D1.5 sucks👎🏻

Yeah, I feel about the same too. I played D1 crucible a lot. It really doesn't help that supremacy is in quickplay and you can't choose game modes. I played a lot of clash and loved it, but now, even clash is just a bunch of team shotting. I miss being able to take out full teams with my random non-meta guns.

I feel the same way about it buddy. You couldn't get me out of the PVP in D1 but in D2 it just feels like a chore. All that needed to happen to improve crucible was to fix hit recognition and spawn points. But they were left as they were and all the fun bits taken out. The way I see it is they tailor made the crucible for people who already proved themselves fickle towards Destinys PVP and marginalised the players who used to enjoy it for what it was. There is next to no skill gap now because lets face it you don't need gun skill or any advanced movement to team shot.

I feel the same, pvp just isnt fun anymore for the casual player.
