All they need to do to change it: Make heavy ammo into a roaming hostile npc. The maps and the heavy collection points literally force this game play. Heavy points are almost always on either side of a narrow lane/funnel. People came from destiny 1 using almost ONLY ice-breaker...now the old style of playing with ice-breaker and the current style of using Mida to control these lanes is nearly the same. There are part of crucible maps I've never even seen still. No reason to ever go there...
