Companion app is deleting gear
It's been happening pretty often. The first time it deleted my best heavy slot gun. And it just now deleted my best primary weapon. Very annoyed about this. Not a single thing about this either from anyone that can do anything about it. Please fix this.

I'd log in and separately each of your characters' vaults and inventories in game. I wouldn't use the companion app to check as it may not be accurately representing your items. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12655
