If you are not getting your Destiny 2 Digital Content or Pre-Order bonuses, READ THIS.

Hello everyone, I know what you are going through- I went through it myself. You aren't getting your Destiny 2 Pre-Order bonuses and you're probably really angry, however, based on the steps I took to diagnose this problem, I can tell you that it is no glitch- please keep reading if you want to know how I fixed it. So when I was going through what you guys are, I was pretty mad myself. I bought the digital copy of the Deluxe Edition on the Xbox store 2 months ago. When September 6th rolled around, I was pretty hyped for the bonus loot that i'd get, mostly Coldheart. After I beat the campaign, unlocked the Tower, and reached level 20, I was surprised and honestly heartbroken (which might be a little over-dramatic, but true) when I discovered that I didn't have it. I made it my goal to find out what was going on, and how to resolve it, so I dug for answers. After all of that excavation work, I discovered that it wasn't just me- it was a ton of people who had been experiencing the same thing as me. After looking at everyone's story, I had diagnosed the problem- This is not Bungie's fault, as it is either Microsoft or Sony's problem. What is really happening is that if you are an Xbox One user like me, and you have purchased the Destiny 2 game digitally, then your problem falls in the category of the splendid gameshare feature. No worries though, If I could fix it, so can you. So if you are gamesharing Destiny 2 from a friend, then it is a given that you are not receiving the Pre-Order bonuses or the Digital Deluxe content. It will say that you have it downloaded, but you aren't getting it because it only works for the person who purchased the game. If you are the person that bought the game and are not receiving the Pre-Order bonuses, then there is most likely the chance that you could have bought it on your other account, which is what happened to me. If that's not the problem, then check your credit card purchase history. If your card was charged for the game, then you can call Microsoft and ask them where your purchase has gone. If they cannot find it on your main, you should give them all the accounts that you have and ask them to search that. If you bought it on an account that isn't your main, then you can just ask for a refund and then purchase the game on your main account. If you are sure you didn't buy it for another account, then give them the purchase number and then the date of purchase, and the should be able to give you a full refund, as you have not received what you have paid for. I hope this helped you guys. I really hope that you find out what the problem is if it isn't any of these. Anyways, if nothing works, the Coldheart is able to be accessed by everyone on December 6, 2017. Hope you have loads of fun playing Destiny 2, because I sure am. See you later, Guardian.
