People leaving crucible early (Should they be penalized?)

No, players should not be penalized

It's a problem. Whenever someone leaves the match prematurely, it just sucks for everyone. Not only does it drastically turn the tide of the match but it discourages players from playing in the crucible. I've played several matches were its been 4v3 and no matter if you're winning or losing, it just does not feel right. Maybe it's just me but at the very least, there should be a new player if someone leaves like in Destiny 1. Additionally, players that leave should be penalized for leaving early. I KNOW, people leave for good reasons (ex: bad connection) but there are those who leave simply because their team is losing. No matter what the reason, a penalty should be in place to limit this problem. My suggestion is to "mark" player who leave early. This mark will prevent a player from earning any tokens, loot, stats from the crucible for a given time, perhaps an hour. While players can still participate in PvP matches, the lack of awards for a given time will either prevent these people from leaving matches early or prevent them from playing in the crucible at all. I can anticipate the public hate for this post but seriously, if nothing is done then events like Trials and Iron Banner will go on with this issue resulting in a player base that are discouraged and frustrated, but perhaps most importantly, unheard.
