Pulses are Weak and Handcannons are Punishing

This is relative to the Crucible. Pulses to me are very weak in damage and I can't get a kill with any except the Lincoln Green (try it out) and the Vigilance Wing. Everything from the Nightshade to the Nergal do trash damage in my opinion. They feel great!, but when they do 20 to the head and an auto rifle does 23 and has a better firerate and decent range *cough* *cough* URIEL'S GIFT *cough* there's a HUGE problem in PvP. I can't imagine outgunning anyone with most pulses, same with the handcannons. If you miss a shot, you lose the gun fight, simple as that, unless your opponents is trash or you're teamshotting, heck, even THEN. This is assuming you're in a 1v1 but let's be real, those don't happen, but balancing still matters. Handcannons are 3-5 shot kills in the crucible, landing each shot is crucial to win. So missing one puts you off, so I'd only use them up close, but then there are autos, sidearms, and smgs so WHAT'S THE POINT? They have faster times to kill, they shoot faster, they're good in the air, so you'll just get outgunned most of the time. I know people will say it's early to judge what the meta is but, atm, and this won't change till an update fixes this, Auto Rifles and Scouts (the Mida) are the Kings of PvP.
