At the risk of sounding like a broken record, as it seems that I'm not the only one with this problem, I have yet to receive my coldheart exotic rifle from pre-ordering Destiny 2 on the PS4. Prior to posting this, I have done the following things: 1. Pre-ordered the regular physical copy of Destiny 2 several weeks before the game came out 2. Pre-ordered at Gamestop 3. Imputed ALL of the codes on the receipt (one for "bonus DLC" one for "bonus 2 hours of XP" and one for "PS4 Destiny 2 Expansion Pass" 4. Am not game sharing; I am the only one who is playing Destiny 2 on my console 5. Have reached level 20 and completed the main campaign 6. Spoken to the gunsmith at the tower 7. Have recieved the kill tracker ghost 8. Yes, I still have the receipt As it seems that I am not the only one with this problem, it would be greatly appreciated if this problem would be looked into.
