Continuous Disconnections - majority cabbage errors

I can not get through a story mission, adventure or strike without multiple times being taken to orbit and it is making the game unplayable. It always seems to happen between sections and not in the middle of a battle and I have not noticed it during crucible matches. I have had this occur on both my PS4 and PS$ Pro; looking at the network page the ps4 says I have a NAT 2 conncetion. I have a Technicolor router on fibre connection (Product Name: TG582n, Software Release: 8.4.4.J). The console connects using a wired connection to a devolo powerline extension; main router too far to connect directly. I have followed the instructions in the help section but still no joy. I have had no other problems on other online games like Overwatch; this is very frustrating.
