So I heard from friends and read online that the rewards you get from [b]turning in engrams[/b] on the planet NPCs or [b]engram drops[/b] will not go higher than 265...is this true? This was said about [b]blue[/b] AND [b]legendary[/b] engrams - so I'm wondering: How does one level up then/infuse gear to reach a higher power level? Thanks!
