Infusion a percentage again?!
Get 277 Sunbreakers from Shaxx. I've never really liked the gauntlets so I infuse them into my current gauntlets which were at 265. My gauntlets after infusion are 272. Please tell me why this change wasn't brought back into D2.

What the other person said. Have to pay attention to the legendary mods that add +5 to attack or defense. The mods do not count towards infusion, just the base power. That's the same reason when you infuse something into a legendary, you'll get 5 above whatever the dismantled item is (if legendary without legendary mod) and an exotic for an exotic is a 1:1 infusion.

1 ReplyBecause exotics have that one node that gives them their light +5 right? So your sunbreakers were really 272 but then the node added 5 so its 275. Unless you infused into an exotic the new light level of the infused armor would be the sunbreakers original 272 as the legendary armor you have wouldn't have the +5 boost.
