Ikora in the Crucible.
Shaxx , Zavala, and Saladin.
The Fallen's Golden Age.
Ghaul's youth and rise to power.

Honestly, I doubt Activision would pony up for it if it didn't make them a bunch of immediate money and lots of sustainable money afterward. Without backing from a company like Microsoft, we'll probably never see something like Halo: Legends from Bungie again.
