Lower tier Armor aesthetics as Legendaries?
As the title states, does anyone know if there's any chance that the Rare and lower levels of Armor will come as Legendaries? I'd love to be able to put that Refugee hood on my Hunter, or those Outlander Grasps, but alas they're not legendary.
Can we get those types of Armor as legendaries and if not do you think we'll see them as Legendaries in the near future? I'd personally love to!
