I understand the need to close the open beta in preparation for releasing the full game on console in a few days but is there any intention to extend the beta for those on PC seeing as we have to wait an extra 2 months for the game? In my opinion, it was a pretty poor marketing choice to release them so far apart as most people aren't willing to drop $100 on a game to get it on console only to drop another $100 for the game on PC once it releases. Especially seeing as I intend to play it on PC only. Also, once the game releases, are PC players going to have to wait extra time for all the events in the future? At the point in which PC players get access to the full game, the raid is already going to be released, as well as some other features I'm sure, but will PC already have access to those features or will we have to wait? Same goes for the expansions. Will PC players have to wait an extra month or two to get the expansions even after they are released on console? If so, I may not even consider buying it, no matter how much I loved the first Destiny. Sorry if these questions have been asked and answered before. I haven't really been keeping up on the news and forum posts lately.
