can my cousin still transfer? :(
Haya, i've gotten all my characters up to level 20, but my cousin was still on 18 partially because of xbox live's stupid requirement preventing him from doing strikes, but according to the description on some news sites i've read the wording makes it sound like as long as he gets his character to 20 on the first it'll still transfer, i hope this is the case :S
