I think 4v4 has its place, and that it is a good fit for team-oriented game modes like countdown, but why the flying -blam!- would you make 4v4 the ONLY option!?! I mean, I know a lot of people complained about them, but I LOVED the large PvP maps with vehicles. I wouldn't want EVERY map to be that way, but the best was when the queue had the option to spit you into a smaller, tighter map, or into a big vehicle-oriented map. It kept things fresh. I liked the idea of just 4v4 briefly, because I thought it would make the gameplay very stable adn fast, but boy was I wrong. Only having 4v4 is boring as shit. If anything, there should be 4v4 game modes and even up to 12v12 game modes for big vehicle maps and chaos. How is it that this game is coming out 3 years after D1 and it has FEWER options. Less PvP variety. Less character customization choice. Less supers and "epicness." This game is, frankly, LESS than Destiny 1 was.
