I played destiny on Xbox and I switched over to PC, can I still get my emblems I've earned from playing Xbox and use the on pc

No sorry, the rewards you earn on Xbox D1 will stay on Xbox in Destiny 2. Much like if you started D1 on PS4, your rewards won't transfer to Xbox if you switch for D2. The only thing that will transfer on PC is if you participate in the beta on PC you will receive the Emblem and when destiny 2 comes out later that year you will receive it on the PC.
