I don't mean to sound cheap, My son and I Just recently started playing Destiny again, trying to get back into it before D2 release, but I just can't find myself paying $30 x 2 for Rise of Iron a hundred and so days before D2 release, I feel Bungie needs to take a page out of Battlefield play book and either lower the DLC prices or give them away to bring back old Destiny players and attract new players , Dice started giving their BF4 DLC away right before BF1 release and it brought out more players because people don't want to spend a fortune on a game that is about to be obsolete. Thank you

Agreed. Not sure how it sold on ps4 but on xbox, only 13% of gamers have completed the rise of iron campaign. Which means out of the millions of people that own Destiny, only 13% bought rise of iron on the xbox. At this point, there's no point in paying full price. I won't buy it. Didn't need it to hit max light. But it would be wise to get that other 87% back into the game before they drop D2. Whether they take the Battlefield route or just put the dlc on sale.
