Siva Returns in Destiny 2?
Found this in the Guided Games video that was shown off at the event.

The new adept weapons from wotm the flavor text talks about siva overriding banshee protocols on the weapons. Also in the grimoire there is one about a ship being sent off into space with siva on it. There are still siva fallen out in the world too so they aren't all dead. Maybe there are more than one replication chamber.
