destinytruthcast Episode 49: Enunciate (or stories we wouldn't believe if we didn't live them from the D2 reveal)
Downloadable Audio links: SoundCloud https://soundcloud.com/oceans-of-canopy/dtc-episode-49-enunciate Podbean http://destinytruthcast.podbean.com/ iTunes https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/destinytruthcast-destiny-podcast/id1101605804?mt=2
So we posted a mini-episode with a couple recordings from the show floor the other day and I finally have the full re-cap episode up. Unfortunately I haven't gotten the YouTube version yet because it was just too late and I wasn't going to make it, but hopefully later). I know that there is the response that who are you and why should we care and to that I would say that, that is kinda the entire point. We aren't big name streamers or youtubers, we are two Guardians fromthe community here on the bnet forums who got to experience something extraordinary and hopefully we can relate some of that here with you. Over the course of our time in LA we met so many other Guardians, a few we had known personally through this game like Mercules904 and Hands0meDrag0n, and others who are content creators or long time Bungie fans from all around the world like Pherian, Mesa Sean and Stenbox. We also had unbelievable access to some pretty amazing people at Bungie from Cozmo and DeeJ, Josh Hamrick, James Tsai and Pete Parsons himself. All along the way we tried represent bnet and to talk to people to bring back that experience to share here. We tried to ask questions and get to know each of them a little better as well as play some D2 and get our impressions of what we saw there. From watching the reveal in LA to playing Destiny 2, to having dinner with Coz and Pete, to maybe getting a little blitzed and trolling True Vanguard at a Bungie after party, it was something we will never forget and hopefully we can give a little bit of insight into the people behind the names. Everyone we talked to and met went out of their way to make us feel like we belonged and the passion, dedication and commitment not only to the game, but the community was pretty incredible to see. I'm going to be late for work so have to run out the door now, but thank you to everyone here at bnet who have supported us and the dtc as well. We wouldn't have experienced this without you and we can not adequately express what this all has meant to us. Thank you
