So after giving it some critical thought: I believe that D2 should definitely put more better focus, & effort on making better useful Exotic gear, that's directed towards your base gameplay. I mean that in a since of constantly providing a benefit to your build, instead of momentary perks. Here's a simple example of how I'd like to see Bungie tackle these concepts. Head gear exotics: - Provide perks to alter & enhance your super ability, in some way. Arm gear exotics: - Provide an alteration to your base abilities, like melee, Grenades, or weapon handling. Chest gear exotics: - provide an increase to base stats, or grant additional perks to your base abilities. Leg gear exotics: - enhance or alter movement abilities What do you guys think?
