So, just about last week, I got the Mark of the sunforged for my titan, but my mark i already had in use had a higher defense stat, so I kept it to the side. This past weekend, i bought an exotic shard from Xur and then upgraded the Mark of the sunforged so that i can use it. I was able to use it and I played with it just fine. I logged back onto Destiny today, and i noticed my light dropped on my titan from 375-ish to 345. I looked at my armor and noticed that the Mark of the sunforged icon was darkened as if its out of use, and now it has the red message above it that says, "Requires The Taken King Collectors Edition." I only have the legendary edition, but the fact that this wasn't an issue before really upsets me. I no longer have my other mark because i infused it into the Mark of the sunforged. I'm down quite a bit of light, and now i have to grind again to get a different mark of equal level, or grind with a lesser mark until i can get something else. I don't see any way to "fix" this, but i would just like to put this out there, that it has happened and i wouldn't be surprised if anyone else has experienced this. EDIT: This is minutes after i posted, but also wanted to add that its still in the selected item box for my marks, just as i left it. I don't want to move it just because I'm pretty sure i won't be able to put it back. I looked at the stats, and i know i was able to use it before, because i have some experience filled in the first upgrade, "Increase Discipline." Not all the way, but keep in mind, i just started using this mark a few days ago. ANOTHER EDIT: Just looked at my emotes, i bought the "strange dance" (hotline bling dance) from the silver dust store a couple days ago and when i equipped it, tried using it, but when i noticed it was still my old emote (terrify) i went back to check. It disappeared and now I'm down however much silver dust that was. I also looked at my "Hammer it up" emote, and it has the same red message as my Mark of the sunforged. This is really irritating me now.
