Are they really worth getting? Think about it. The only difference is that the adept weapons have a different color scheme and an intrinsic snapshot. Back in year one, the adept trials weapons had elemental burns on them so they were actually worth getting. What do you guys think?

If you pvp, the Snapshot for free is helpful. If not, no. Only viable ones are adept scout and pulse anyways.

Other than bragging rights (and that's dubious...), you're only getting Snapshot additionally. Not gonna lie, I'd like to nab the adept Blind Perdition... It's a great gun, and Snapshot would make it just a little sweeter. Personally, I could care less about Trials "prestige". It's a game mode for cheaters and scumbag paid carry/account recoveries.

Adept Trials weapons are always on a hiding to nothing. Getting to the Lighthouse is probably the hardest thing to do in this game and only a certain % of the player base has the skill to get there. If they were a true representation of the skill needed to get them, they would be way to overpowered and thus giving already skilled players a even bigger edge on the rest of the community. As it stands I think the system works, snapshot is a useful perk and doesn't make the gun overpowered compared to its none adept counterpart. As for the different colour, it's basically bragging rights. Not my cup of tea but then again I'm just salty because I don't have a adept Doctrine of Passing.

It doesn't matter to most people, however you'll run into people who insist that they are gods and the adept version is absolutely amazing. Snapshot is honestly not even that good anymore because it received a major nerf awhile back, plus you really don't need snapshot on a primary

Edited by Swiftlock: 5/23/2017 1:15:11 AMWhat is your idea of "worth"? If you want the prestige of having something to show other players that you've gone flawless, then yes, they're worth getting. If you really value the extra adept perks on weapons for PvP, then yes, they're worth getting. If you don't care about that, then no, they're not worth getting. Everyone has their own agendas.
