In Crucible i have experienced lag in the hit of the Dreg's Promise or is it like that and also plz make an ornament for the dregs promise i would appreciate another SIVA themed one like the Lord Of Wolves exotic shotgun.

I think it's a delay from the initial hit and damage and the shock round that goes with it. It's stupid, the shock should proc immediately.

The rounds have travel time. You need to get used to knowing how many bursts you have to fire to bring someone down, or else you waste ammo. On the bright side, the rounds have some serious tracking as long as you were aiming at your target when you fired. I've seen rounds chase a guy around a corner when he tried to retreat.

Dregs promise projectiles are not hit scan, meaning they have a slight travel time (similar to a fusion rifle).
-
It's just that way. I like it more than any other sidearm, but the splooge shots take forever to get there and you often find yourself with a postmortem and a payback.

Greg's Promise is like that, as you can see here...
http://xboxdvr.com/gamer/Captain%20Toastar/video/30589201
The rounds take a while to travel, usually when I use it i'm chasing someone or just doing a suicide run at them lol.

As others said, it's not lag, it's a projectile. Projectile guns like Dreg's or Fusions or Lord of Wolves have a travel time compared to snipers or hand cannons or autos which are hitscan.

That's just the way it fires mate.

Dreg's promise is like that. It's bullets actually track to compensate for the travel time.
