I have no raw data outside of my own experience here, but that experience is that SBMM is back, in all of its glory. Since the weekly reset 3s and rumble playlist have gone from a mixed bag of players on a short matchmaking wait to [i]extremely[/i] sweaty players on a much, much longer matchmaking delay. I am literally (literally literally not figuratively literally) double the time spent matchmaking on Wednesday then on Monday of this week, across all playlists. So either half of the community just up and quit in the course of 48 hours or SBMM got switched back on at the weekly reset. Even if Bungie denies it I still believe this is the case as Bungie has a history of fiddling with the matchmaking system and lying to our faces about it. Thanks for making the last few months of Destiny a sweatfest.
