I was running the Heroic strikes yesterday on my 394 Titan and at the end of every single strike, the blue engrams that would drop would be 390 light level. In fact, every blue gear/weapon that dropped was not adjusting its level to be where my Titan's light level was. Now I may just have had the worst possible luck for 6 strikes in a row. But the day before i was running with my Warlock and was continuously getting drops a couple points higher than my light level, as it should be. Just wanted to bring this to your attention. Thanks!
