TL;DR Right out the bat, I made a post earlier this week explaining my journey of Destiny; and how I was done posting in the forums until Destiny 2. - Nobody read it, nobody commented it, and as I took one last look at it today, I saw somebody had the nerve to downvote it for no reason; and leave. Love for this game. Don't get me wrong. I have made so many shitposts, you wouldn't believe. Changed my name countless times. Been forum banned nearly 20 times. But you know what, I love this game. You either love it, or you don't love it. There doesn't seem to be an in-between. "Destiny" the game never hurt us. "Destiny" the game never disappointed us. Sure - there is lag, cut content, little story, poor loot drops; but "Destiny" didn't do that. It sounds stupid, but it's just how I feel. If you ever go out into patrol with your best armor and weapons, stroll around looking at the view, complete a few missions and just relax, it brings it all home. - - Even with all the shittiest things I can think of that have happened in this game... I'm still in love with it. [u][b]THE REAL TL;DR BECAUSE I'M A SCRUB[/b][/u] If you really love this game, you'll enjoy it all the more. I'm letting go of my hate. I don't care if there is lag. I don't care if there is microtransactions. I don't care if the drops suck. I just don't care anymore. Destiny is my wife, and my Guardians are my babies. I'll love them, care for them, and wish them luck in Destiny 2. Seriously, this is the most retarded post I've ever made, but I've never been happier to play this game. Flaws and all.
