So it's been a couple of months down since Cauterize was "accidentally" nerf'd. And by nerf'd I mean basically "turned off altogether."
If this is going to remain the case, and there's going to be literally no effort to fix this issue and make Cauterize a working perk---Because as it sits right now, it's literally just a non-functioning slot on the skill-tree---There needs to be a PvE Buff to Sunbreakers.
Make each hammer deal 50% more damage vs. PvE enemies and increase the duration of Sunspots in PvE by about 5 seconds, in order to actually let Sunbreaker-Titan's take better advantage of the Overshield-Ability that they can grant, in place of having Cauterize.
Or, alternatively at, least make it so walking through a Sunspot triggers health-regeneration like Cauterize used to do.
At this point I'm skeptical that it was even "accidental" to begin with, because how long has it been? 2 or 3 months? No sign of a fix or a compensation to the problem what-so-ever, and it's seriously put a hindrance on the Sunbreaker's usefulness in Raid Scenarios, by removing their ability to regain health on enemy-kills.
However the suggestions I've made would help, I believe. Implementing either of the suggestions I've made would at least compensate for the buggery of the Sunbreaker's healing-ability.

Worked for me in PvE...

Cauterize DOES work. It just gives a flat amount of health now instead of triggering health regen. Also, they BUFFED it by removing the 3s cool down that they implemented when they first nerfed sunbreaker really hard. So you can keep triggering it. It's fine.
