Exotic gear effect for clock or bond or mark doesn't work for a while

Hey Mahamed, There is currently a bug preventing the Exotic Faction Class Items from showing their special respawn effect. Bungie is aware of the issue and investigating. https://www.bungie.net/Mobi/en/About/Article?id=45745
