Completing 390 WotM does not unlock the node on the RoI record book.
As per title, never got around to completing WotM heroic mode (380) before, just complete it as weekly featured with all challenges and have the emblems to prove it.
But the last hidden node on the Rise of Iron record book hasn't activated.
