EDIT: RESOLVED So i was going through the new record book and getting the emblems and such, and when i accepted one of the rewards, i didn't get an emblem. I checked and saw that my emblem stash was full, so cleared space and went to the kiosk to get thw emblem. Problem is, the kiosk is saying "can only hold one at a time." It seems to think that i have the emblem in my inventory, which i do not. The emblem is the "Vanguard Signet" emblem.
