Artifacts
I think that there should be an artifact that allows special ammo to be carried after death or always spawn in with special ammo. Please speak out this more. We need this to happen.

That's what the Exhumed perk *used* to be for. It guaranteed ammo on respawn. Now it's a wasted perk node and any weapon that had it is now a little more useless.
