Red Death needs a Buff
Restore the Impact and raising the Stability by a value equalling the "Perfect Balance" perk on Pulses would be a great step. Also, the health return should be restored to what it was before
Edit; would concede the proposed Stability buff. What I really want are the original Impact and Health Regen restored
