What are the best ways to get a high impact Sniper?
I can't seem to get one no matter how much I grind. I realize that it is all RNG but is there any activities that have more probability than others? I know that the vanguard used to have the 1000 yard stare and the LDR.

7 RepliesLike people have said, the easiest way to get one is just to buy event horizon from the crucible vendor. Devils Dawn is pretty easy to get but Event Horizon is better. There's only like 6 snipers in the highest impact archetype I can think of, event horizon, devils dawn, ex machina, black spindle, zen meteor and icebreaker. They aren't easy snipers to use though, I'd just go with one in the next tier down in terms of impact.
