Could someone put me in the right direction to get the wail hand cannon! What mission do I do to get this plz

You'll first need to pledge to Future War Cult and get to Rank 3. Once you do - you can either go ahead and buy the one she is selling or continue to rank up and pick the weapon package for a chance at getting one to drop. Hopefully you won't be like me and mostly see either the Waltz Pulse rifle or the Waiting Fusion rifle... All I want is The Wounded scout rifle with a good roll... ** sigh **
