can i still get the "mostly cloudy" shader?
If so, how do i get it? I've ran alot of strike for hours before and nothing... Is there a specific playlist?

Yes. Shaders and Emblems only appear in the non-heroic playlists. Such as SIVA Crisis and Taken War.
